Feistritzer HVAC and Hurst Electric

KSC Holdings is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of two central Kentucky trade services companies to enhance their growing Trade Services Portfolio. Hurst Electric, based in Harrodsburg, KY, is a family-owned provider of turn-key electrical contracting services and solutions. Feistritzer HVAC, based in Danville, KY is a family-owned provider of turn-key heating, ventilation, and air handling services. The Hurst acquisition will bolster the company’s presence in the electrical services industry after their most recent acquisition of Stansbury Electric in Louisville, KY. The Feistritzer acquisition is the company’s first foray into the HVAC services space.

Acquisition Details

The acquisitions were finalized on February 1, 2025, and align with KSC Holdings' long-term vision of growth and diversification in legacy, main street trade service companies. Both parties have expressed enthusiasm about continuing the legacy Feistritzer and Hurst have created over the past 50 and 80 years, respectively.
