KSC Ventures
Where it started
Jamie Durham and Todd Clark were friends before they became business partners in 2014 and acquired their first business that same year. With the help of a great team, they successfully grew that company until 2019 when they decided to pursue other business ventures under the KY Seed Capital umbrella. KSC continued to grow and evolve until 2023 when they re-branded the company to KSC Ventures. KSC Ventures is currently focused on Ky Service Company - which acquires, owns and operates - legacy, main street, trade service companies in Central KY.
Meet the Founders

Co-Founder, KSC Ventures
J. Todd Clark
Todd developed and honed his entrepreneurial business skills after graduating from Transylvania University. He became an integral part of a rapidly growing, first of its kind, extended-stay hotel company that went public. He then helped lead and grow a shared office services company. His interest in real estate led him to obtain his KY Real Estate Broker's License and then his CCIM designation. Soon after, he began to invest in local real estate and business ventures. In 2010 he teamed up with Jamie Durham and began to steward, operate and grow a healthcare company that they would later purchase. This company began to radically impact the people and communities they served. It has become the very foundation on which the KSC brand has been built.

Co-Founder, KSC Ventures
Jamie Durham
Jamie began working for a college campus ministry directly after graduating from Transylvania University. While doing full-time ministry, he started investing in residential rental properties on the side. By 2005 he had built a substantial portfolio of properties. After his ministry service came to an end, he committed to further grow and develop his real estate holdings. In 2009, he placed all of his properties with a professional management company and transitioned into the business community. He became CEO of a local healthcare company. Shortly after, he partnered with Todd Clark and together they helped grow this small, local company to a regional brand that made a real impact on the team, lives and communities that they served.
